My Educational Journey
I am a student currently studying Biotechnology and Computer Science. My interests lie in exploring new and emerging technologies, which is why I have chosen to pursue these two complementary fields of study.
In my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in the life sciences, particularly in the realm of biotechnology. I am fascinated by the rapid advancements in areas such as genetic engineering and bioinformatics studies. I have also become deeply interested in the world of computer science, honing my skills in programming and data analysis.
Early Coding Experiences
One of my earliest coding experiences was during primary school, when I had the opportunity to participate in a Lego programming project. This sparked my initial interest in the potential of technology to solve real-world problems. Later, in secondary school, I joined the Design and Technology (DT) society, where I had the chance to work with micro:bit, a versatile mini-computer, and further explore the realm of embedded systems and hardware programming. My experience with Discord bots and Unity game development has also been a formative part of my journey.
Passion for Innovation
As I continue to expand my knowledge and skillset, I am eager to find ways to leverage the synergies between biotechnology and computer science. I believe that the intersection of these two disciplines will be crucial in addressing some of the most pressing challenges faced by our society, from advancements in personalized medicine to the development of innovative sustainable technologies.
